A: Yes, all our cabinetry is certified by KCMA. Cabinets that bear the KCMA seal of certification are recognized as a quality product with the ability to perform after a rigorous battery of tests, simulating years of typical household use.

Issues with Your Order

A:  As with any manufactured and shipped product, transportation damage and defects may occur.  Should the unexpected arise, reach out to our Customer Care team at 1 (877) 569-3774, or write to us at CustomerCare@ShenandoahCabinetry.com.

A: Your Lowe’s designer can help get the ball rolling for any Lifetime Limited Warranty issue.  For additional details or questions about Lifetime Limited Warranty claims, contact our Customer Care team.

Caring For Your Cabinets

A: Remove dust frequently with a soft lint-free cloth dampened with water. To clean spills, use a clean cloth and only a mild soap. Do not use detergents, citrus cleaners, ammonia-based cleaners, chlorine-based cleaners, steel wool, soap pads, or abrasive cleaners.

A: Yes, you can purchase our current stains, paints, and touchup materials through Lowe's.
