CREATE YOUR VISION
  • Fill out MY INFO – this will allow your designer to design a space to match your needs
  • Gather your inspirations in MY SCRAPBOOK – this virtual corkboard will allow you to document the colors, textures, photos and elements that nurtured your vision
  • Select and scrapbook your preferred doorstyles & finishes
  • Select and scrapbook must-have items – decorative and organization items
MEASURE YOUR SPACE
  • Use the MEASURE MY SPACE tool to document the measurements of your space
  • Using the KITCHEN PLANNING GUIDE, gather additional measurements, including windows, doors and appliances
  • Gather additional appliance details you have, especially sizes and technical specifications
  • Sketch out you room using the KITCHEN PLANNING GUIDE
GET READY
  • Determine your BUDGET – you can use our tracking tool to help you stay on task and on plan
  • Pick your preferred finish and door style – document in MY PLAN
  • Print MY PROJECT PACKET which will include all of the PROJECT MANAGER tools & details – this will provide your designer with the key information they need to materialize your vision for the project.
WORK WITH YOUR DESIGNER
  • Locate the closest Lowe's store using our STORE LOCATOR tool
  • Schedule an appointment with a Lowe's designer
  • Meet with your designer to review the MY PLAN document, make other selections and initiate the design of your space
  • Schedule a professional measurement of your space
  • Complete the design and place your order
  • Activate your order using the MY ORDER tool – verify your address, phone numbers and order details
DELIVERY
  • Prepare your home for delivery of your cabinets – review the Preparing for Your Cabinets video
  • Delivery Day – using the packing slip provided by the delivery agent, check to ensure that all components are delivered
  • Within 7 days of delivery, open and inspect all components
  • If any part of your order is defective, broken or missing, immediately notify the store where you purchased your cabinetry. You can also call Shenandoah's customer care department at 877-569-3774. 
INSTALLATION
  • Schedule all contractors that will be working on your project
  • Plan and complete the demolition of the space you are remodeling
  • Complete the installation of the cabinetry – if you are installing them yourself, check out our HOW TO section for installation videos as well as product installation instructions
