Nestled in groves of elms and Spanish oaks, Cool Water Ranch offers luxury living that’s respectful of the nature that surrounds it. When Laughlin Homes and Restoration Inc. was creating a show home for this unique community, they turned to Shenandoah for help.
Laughlin’s vision was to create a balance between the rustic environment and modern lifestyles. They were blending exposed wood beams, re-sawn floor planks, and interesting antiques with open spaces, skylights, and high tech features. Shenandoah’s cabinetry offered the versatility needed to bring the look together throughout the house.
The simple elegance of our Solana Collection was the ideal solution. Working with cherry in a rich, Bordeaux finish, our cabinetry made a subtle statement in a wide variety of rooms, transitioning beautifully from the kitchen, utility room and mudroom to the master bath, media room, and guest retreat.
